🔄 How to Upgrade, Downgrade, or Cancel Subscription
Steps:
1️⃣ Log in to your Whisber account
2️⃣ Go to Whisber Subscription / Pricing Page
3️⃣ Check which plan is marked as Active
To Upgrade:
- Нажмите Выберите пакет under your desired plan (Basic or Premium)
- Confirm payment — upgrades activate instantly 🚀
To Downgrade:
- Select a lower-tier plan
- Changes take effect at the next billing cycle, so you keep full access until then
To Cancel:
- Choose Cancel / Stop Renewing
- You’ll remain on your paid plan until the end of the current cycle
- After that, your account switches to the Hobby (Free) plan
💡 Tip: Cancelling stops future renewals but doesn’t refund the current cycle.

Renewal Cycles
- Monthly → Renews every 30 days from activation date
- Yearly → Renews every 12 months (save more in the long run)
- View your next renewal date directly on your dashboard
Payment Options
- Supports major online payment methods (credit/debit cards, secure gateways)
- Payments renew automatically for uninterrupted alerts
- If payment fails, the system will downgrade you to Free until resolved
Mid-Cycle Changes
- Upgrades = Instant access
